Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) 1:2
Traditionally used as an adaptogen to support physical endurance, immune defence, and recovery from illness and fatigue.
 
Echinacea angustifolia (Echinacea root) 1:2
Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to enhance immune responsiveness, particularly in the early stages of infection.
 
Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea root & aerial) 1:2
Traditionally used to stimulate non-specific immune activity and to support upper respiratory tract health.
 
Andrographis paniculata (Andrographis) 1:2
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of mild respiratory infections and support immune regulation.
 
Directions:
5 mL three times daily or as directed by your practitioner. May be used short- or long-term depending on individual needs.
