Silybum marianum (St Mary’s Thistle) 2:1
Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support liver regeneration and protect hepatocytes from the effects of toxins and oxidative stress.
 
Cynara scolymus (Globe Artichoke) 1:2
Traditionally used to promote bile flow, support fat digestion, and assist in liver detoxification.
 
Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) 1:2
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to tonify the Liver, support stress adaptation, and enhance hepatic and adrenal resilience.
 
Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion Root) 1:2
Traditionally used as a bitter tonic to stimulate digestion, support bile excretion, and promote elimination pathways.
 
Directions:
5 mL three times daily before meals, or as directed by your practitioner.
