Cinnamomum verum (Ceylon Cinnamon) 1:4
Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy blood sugar levels and assist in the regulation of glucose metabolism.
 
Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) 1:2
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce sugar cravings, support pancreatic function, and modulate glucose absorption.
 
Galega officinalis (Goat’s Rue) 1:2
Traditionally used to support insulin activity and improve glucose metabolism. Historically noted as the herbal prototype for the discovery of metformin.
 
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) 1:2
Traditionally used in Western and Ayurvedic medicine to support blood glucose control, improve carbohydrate metabolism, and reduce postprandial glycaemic spikes.
 
Directions:
5 mL three times daily before meals, or as prescribed by your practitioner.
