Iberis amara (Bitter Candytuft) 1:5
Traditionally used in European herbal medicine to support the upper gastrointestinal tract and relieve symptoms of dyspepsia, including bloating and epigastric discomfort.
 
Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) 1:2
Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve digestive spasms, calm the stomach, and reduce symptoms associated with functional dyspepsia.
 
Cynara scolymus (Globe Artichoke) 1:2
Traditionally used to support bile production and flow, promote liver detoxification pathways, and aid in the digestion of fats.
 
Citrus reticulata (Mandarin Peel) 1:2
Traditionally used in Chinese and Western herbal medicine to relieve abdominal fullness, regulate digestive Qi, and reduce gastrointestinal stagnation.
 
Directions:
5 mL three times daily before meals, or as prescribed by your practitioner.
